1. ਕੀਮਤ / Pricing
E-paper subscriptions: CAD $4.99 / month or CAD $44.99 / year. Applicable taxes (GST/HST) are added at checkout. The first 2 pages of each edition are free to read without a subscription.
2. ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਅਜ਼ਮਾਇਸ਼ / Free trial
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan price is charged.
3. ਆਟੋ-ਰੀਨਿਊਅਲ / Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You authorise us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method each period. We will show the price and renewal terms clearly before you pay.
4. ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨਾ / Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@gkmmedia.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. ਰਿਫੰਡ / Refunds
Because access is granted immediately, fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or believe there is a problem, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.
